GWINNETT COUNTY, Georgia - A Lawrenceville woman arrested for exposing her private parts to an inmate she was visiting, authorities said. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Donna Sue Harber, 38, after she was observed by a deputy partially unclothed and exposing her private parts to an inmate inside a visitation booth.
