Look closely, and you'll see that this seemingly naked man is actually.... clothed! That's what happens when streaking becomes institutionalized: It gets ruined.
This near-streaking was part of the pregame festivities at the 2010 EJ Whitten Legends AFL Game, an Australian rules football match between Victoria and the All Stars at Etihad Stadium, which took place in Melbourne, Australia on July 6.
