However, Charles Ray Fuller felt that he had the ultimate solution to his financial woes. Why waste time scamming people out of a few bucks at a time? This is one of the strangest things I’ve ever seen…

It’s true! E.T. was found and subsequently arrested for manufacturing methamphetemine in an Arkansas mobile home.  Remember kids, just say no to meth — otherwise you’ll turn into E.T.

It seems that everyone is running away from life these days.  The movie “Into The Wild” portrays a real story about a man named Christopher McCandless, who rid himself of all his posessions and wandered out into the world as a drifter.  In 2005, a woman by the name of Jennifer Carol Wilbanks falsely claimed she was kidnapped, and after being found in Albuquerque, NM three days later, she recanted her story claiming she was escaping from the pressures of her life.  Yet again, we have a gentleman by the name of Ian Usher, who wants to dump the remnants of his life on some other poor sap who is ignorant enough to pay the $300,000 price tag.

I happened upon this little video that I thought was pretty catchy.  The message is simple:  Sharing shouldn’t be illegal.

As the demand for alternative fuels rises, so does the demand for corn.  This is because ethanol is produced from corn.  While the corn farmers of the US rake in record profits, they introduce more fertilizer into the Mississippi river, and eventually into the Gulf of Mexico.  This creates what is called a ‘Dead Zone’, in which marine life cannot live.  The corn farmers understand this problem, yet they refuse to look for a resolution, just like Big Oil. 

In due time, we will look at corn farmers the same way we look at big oil companies.  They will produce an energy source we need to sustain our consumption.  Eventually, they’ll be running our country and destroying our environment, just like Big Oil.
